Place a Blue Ocean Pic on your cell phone by entering your cell phone number and selecting an image. A text message will be sent to your cell phone with a link where you will download the image. Once you confirm that you want the picture you can download the image and your cell phone will be billed. Note: type only your phone number without dashes "-" or spaces. Sorry, this service is not currently available to iPhones or to phones using Verizon.
